As Founder and CEO of 4A Solutions, my primary objective ​is to uphold the highest standards in the duty to consult and ​accommodate—ensuring meaningful dialogue between ​rights holders and proponents. The risks associated with ​poor performance in this area can lead to costly delays, ​resource overruns, damaged relationships, and halted ​projects. Drawing on over two decades of experience, my ​goal is to prevent these negative outcomes and facilitate ​positive, mutually beneficial agreements and understandings ​for all parties involved.

Our firm specializes in environmental management, regulatory coordination, administration, communication, ​consultation, and relationship building. These are the cornerstones of 4A Solutions. As an environmental ​steward, consensus builder, and leader with over 20 years of experience in the Alberta oil sands region, working ​with industry, Indigenous communities, and regional multi-stakeholder groups, we bring a deep awareness and ​insightful appreciation of the issues and dynamics among the diverse stakeholder groups and communities ​affected by industrial development.

Our work includes managing environmental and multi-stakeholder programs, encompassing projects related to ​air, land, water, biodiversity, culture, and treaty rights. We have been instrumental in developing and evaluating ​government policies, regulations, and land management strategies, as well as providing strategic and technical ​advice for impact benefit agreement negotiations. Additionally, we have extensive experience in reviewing and ​responding to major and minor proponents and resource development-related applications submitted to both ​provincial and federal regulatory bodies.
